The University seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position of Registry Officer.
Job Description
- Management of registration and computerized records of all students;
 - Student-related systems;
 - Student data and statistics, external reporting (e.g., HEA, HPCZ, GNCZ);
 - Student-related aspects of graduation ceremonies;
 - Award/degree certificates;
 - Student-related records management;
 - Advice on new programs/units, academic frameworks;
 - Advice on and charts of the academic year;
 - Monitoring and safeguarding academic standards;
 - Student information provision (including advice on compliance with relevant legislation);
 - Preparing University frameworks and systems to meet new sector requirements
 - Support for governance through committee-based decision-making.
 
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Degree in any social science-related field or better.
 - Diploma in any social sciences- Related field with more work experience in a similar capacity.
 
Experience:
Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years
