Job Description

• Providing support and consultation to the students in academic and fees related matters
• Ensuring all student services are rendered through respective departments
• Handling escalated grievances and issues
• Acting as a mentor for the students and empowering them to make informed life choices
• Helping to re-integrate the students who have been absent from school for long periods of time.
• Complying various student welfare related reports and presenting to the University
• Initiates develop and sustain strong positive relations with program coordinators and deans to ensure high student satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in any social science-related field or better.
