Aftersales Supervisor

Location: Southern Region, Eastern Region, Western Region, Northern Region, Lusaka Region

Responsibility

• To develop and implement the strategic zonal after sales plan in line with the business strategy/ plan.
• To ensure that all zonal after sales activities are aligned to the overall business requirements.
• To train, motivate and lead after sales team to achieve set objectives and targets.
• To maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
• To Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
• To provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities.
• Develop and maintain and keep good relationship with DSR’s, and resolve the problem customers face by dealing with them promptly, and collect market the monies collected from DSR daily sales.
• Enlarge Sales market and achieve expected sales targets.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any other related filed.
• 2-4 Years working experience in Telecommunications Company or profit making organization.
• Knowledge on Electronics and Computer science will be added advantage.
• Local Residents will be given priority.
• Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to adapt to Change
• Able to Coach and Mentor his subordinate.
• Possess strong product and system knowledge.
• Excellent communications, writing and analytical skills and Problem solving skills.
