Description

This person will see to the comfort of guests and handle reservations for lodge rooms. S/he will supervise and train Lodge staff and coordinate work with the office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams.

  • Minimum certificate in Hospitality management
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures and the ability to use all office equipment, is desired.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are an asset.
  •  Must be willing to work evening and weekends, when needed.
  • Must be a good communicator and able to multitask.
  •  Must be able to maintain confidentiality
