Description
This person will see to the comfort of guests and handle reservations for lodge rooms. S/he will supervise and train Lodge staff and coordinate work with the office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams.
- Minimum certificate in Hospitality management
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures and the ability to use all office equipment, is desired.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are an asset.
- Must be willing to work evening and weekends, when needed.
- Must be a good communicator and able to multitask.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
