This person will see to the comfort of guests and handle reservations for lodge rooms. S/he will supervise and train Lodge staff and coordinate work with the office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams.
Minimum certificate in Hospitality management
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of office practices and procedures and the ability to use all office equipment, is desired.
Strong oral and written communication skills are an asset.
Must be willing to work evening and weekends, when needed.
Must be a good communicator and able to multitask.
