We are looking for a skilled Retail Store Manager who will complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning duties and following up on work results. The ideal candidate will protect the Retail Store Supervisor, Retail store Assistant, and customers as well, by providing a safe and clean store environment.

The Right fit candidate will:

• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

• Ensure availability of merchandise and services

• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal, health and safety requirements.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Lead all operations at the location and be responsible for making sure the store functions smoothly, while optimizing profits.

• Address customer complaints/feedback in a professional manner
