Description
The Zambia-Emory HIV Research Project seeks the following:
General Worker
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure site cleanliness (lab, clinic, pharmacy, data, admin)
- Dispose of general and biohazardous/medical waste
- Supervise children
- Prepare of snacks for participants
- Operate laundry facility for medical coats and linen
- Maintain appearance of grounds and buildings.
Qualifications required for the position:
- Completion of Grade 9
- Experience with cleaning site (clinic) facility and/or landscaping
- Able to communicate in Bemba/English
- Experience in electrical maintenance and carpentry preferred
