PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER – COMMERCIAL (LUSAKA X1)

Contract: Permanent

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

  • Providing reliable, accurate and timely administrative support to line

  • Providing custody services of the People Information System and files; and ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of employee data

  • Implementing the talent management processes to support the current and future development and deployment needs of the company in line with strategies and plans

  • Managing and monitoring the recruitment process and ensure effective on-boarding

  • Guiding line in the design and implementation of plans for organisational design initiatives

  • Managing and monitoring performance through performance management processes

  • Ensuring IR policies are in place and implemented

    • The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 certificate with six credits including Mathematics and English.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any business related degree.

  • A member of ZIHRM.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.

  • High levels of integrity.
