Internship opportunity in finance department

We would now like to hire an intern to support our Finance Team with an interest in financial management in a non-profit set-up.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Raise payment vouchers
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of support documents
• Issue receipts and other accounting documents
• Assist with preparation of financial reports
• Maintain all accounting documents and records
• Secure and systematically file for easy retrieval soft and hard copies
• Enter accounting information into the accounting system
• Provide any other support as may be required by the Finance Team

Individuals must be / must have:

• Diploma in accountancy Part I or II of ACCA or ZICA
• Member of ZICA
• Ability to manage tasks and work towards deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Good analytical skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn
• Able to multitask
