MARKETlNG OFFICER – NDOLA

JOB PURPOSE: To coordinate marketing functions of the organization, contribute to the formulation of the annual marketing and communication strategy of the organization and to assist with implementation of the units marketing and communications plan by interpreting them into timely marketing actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising sales agents in the northern region
• Managing relations with brokers
• Executing publicity and marketing campaigns
• Managing customer service levels
• Writing and producing marketing proposals and presentations
• Identifying, creating and managing business leads with a view to growing sales
• Creating business linkages with influential key stakeholder far business growth
• Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferenæs, open days, exhibitions, tours end visits.
• Gathering of market intelligence
• Managing content and the company’s digital platform – website, Facebook etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Marketing, BBA or any Commercial course
• Minimum three (3) years’ work experience
• Computer literate, proficient with MS Word, Excel
• A good understanding of digital marketing
