Zynle Technologies is software as a service company specialized in Mobile Value Added Services (VAS), Payment Solutions and a leading provider of learning platforms in Zambia.

Zynle will be participating in the implementation of a core banking system and other e-channel for a named bank. Further Zynle will offer first level support after the implementation period.

We are seeking to employ two Core banking System Support specialists.

1. Zynle partner will train specialists hands-on on the functionality of the Banking Solution and its fundamentals.

2. Specialists will participate in the project life cycle: from Business Requirements Definition to System configuration, Testing and Roll-out, to Maintenance Services provision, within a product-oriented environment

3. Specialists will participate in the provision of Maintenance and Support Services by undertaking the provision of First Level of Support (Level One) services.

4. Specialists will establish internal and external Customer relationships, effectively communicate internally & externally and use influence & persuasion to complete projects on deadline.

Duties

Offer Level one Support

Level One support is responsible for taking the initial incident report from the Customer, agreeing priority and progressing the incident. Level One support staff will have detailed knowledge of Zynle partner’s specific implementation at the bank and will, where possible, give an immediate response to a query. Furthermore, will take the initial lead in assessing and resolving incidents including on-site visits at bank, but will call on Level Two support as and when needed. Level One support is responsible for monitoring progress on all open incidents, reporting to the Customer, and escalating as appropriate

Required Skills

  • University Degree in Finance or Information Technology or other related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Banking and / or Financial services
  • Experience in bank deposits, fund transfers-Local and International and other Branch bank-office functionalities
  • Analytical skills and experience using analytics tools such as Excel, MS Project, etc.
  • Excellent command of English language

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge/experience in Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL server, DB2)
  • Experience in implementation of Core Banking Systems
  • Requirements gathering, requirements communication, requirements planning & management, requirements analysis and documentation, requirements implementation and testing
