Description

Zynle is a fast growing software powerhouse and the leading provider of university/college ERP, Mobile and Messaging and Payment software solutions. We currently serve customers mid-size and enterprise across southern Africa.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executives to manage the company’s software sales efforts and to help us build up our business activities.

The role will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the sale for an assigned regional territory including discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in business, marketing or communication preferred.

  • Must have 3 – 5 years of sales experience.

  • IT sales or Software Sales is a plus

  • Experience with relevant CRM is required

  • Must possess excellent technical skills and be comfortable with using web technologies

  • Industry knowledge, specifically in technology or software is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and independently

  • Should have a valid driver’s license
