Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication or any related field. 1-2 years working experience in Phone testing, Phone programming and phone repairing. Proficient in computer operation and phone system, able to use office tools like Excel, PowerPoint ,Word, Email, and so on; Good communication skills that is both written and spoken and a positive working attitude. Should be a Zambian citizen and not more than 26 years old. Responsibilities:
Execute test work, complete test task on time and submit complete test reports. Find out the bugs and make sure every function in the phone is able to run correctly. feedback bugs, trace bugs and also have effective communication with research department staff, providing information they request; Support Carlcare staff to solve complaints of customers.
