The combination of the First Quantum and Inmet assets has created one of the world’s leading copper producers with a geographically diversified portfolio of high-quality operations and development projects in eight countries across five continents.

With a strategic plan to produce more than 1 million tonnes per annum of copper within five years, the Company is poised to become the largest, widely-held pure-play copper producer and one of the top five copper producers in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  •    Manage all clerical tasks on the Intuition Training Data base.
  •    Data entry and uploading of Training Assessments onto the Intuition Training Data base.
  •    Work hand in hand, support and maintain effective relations with Trainers in organising on-site Training/assessments and               communicate effectively to departmental administrators.
  •    To coordinate flight, accommodation, meals, transfers and access for all incoming external Training providers
  •    Entry of employee timesheets onto Sage Xi.
  •    To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by his/her immediate supervisor
  •    Raising Material Requisitions (Pick Slips) and ensuring all stationary and PPE is stocked
  •    Raising of Purchase Requisitions and following up on processed Purchase Orders and payments
  •    Processing of all Permits.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Administration or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • O-Level Grade 12 Certificate.

Experience & Skills:

  • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
