Vacancy: Parts & Service Dealer Development

The role

To deliver parts & selvice value proposition to customers and drive sales through Distributors.

Key performance areas

  • Collect competitive intelligence through regular interactions with dealers
  • Identify, analyses and drive resolution of customer issues (non-warranty)
  • Identify capability gaps and improvement plans for dealers
  • Establish targets for end-customer order fulfillment cycles
  • Build and develop business relationships with Dealers/Distributors
  • Drive the agreed strategy and budget through all Dealers/Distributors and Direct sales in non-core countries
  • Closely follow the agreed Dealer/Distributors execution plans and initiate and implement necessary mitigating actions where required
  • Actively work with and support Distributor sales personnel to secure new business through identified opportunities
  • Review competitors’ offering and price end determine strategies to improve market penetration

Key Performance Indicators

  • Order intake from Distributor vs budget/forecast
  • Revenue growth
  • E-business sales growth
  • % total unit sold to end-user’s vs total unit shipped to distributor
  • NPS (Net Promoter Score) – per account

Your profile

  • Diploma/ Degree in Fngineering (Mechanical/Flertrical)
  • Commercial or Business development experience
  • 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing
  • Extensive experience in managing customer relationship
  • Extensive travelling will be required.
  • Well-developed understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Computer literate with proven computer skills.
  • Strong technical background across engineering disciplines.
  • Fitness for underground ard surface mines (Silicosis Certification).
  • Project Management skills.
  • Account management experience.
  • EIZ Membership.
  • Valid driver’s license.
